The effectiveness will be derived from the development of business management educational programs, access to capital, contractual opportunities, and political advocacy for the Hispanic/Minority Entrepreneur. We will promote a one-voice concept for Hispanic and minority businesses in the State of Indiana by means of unity and networking among cities in the State.
